The Peace Center Lahore has successfully installed a Clean Water Filtration Plant at the Pastoral Institute Multan, marking a significant step toward providing safe and clean drinking water to the community.
A special inauguration ceremony was held to celebrate the completion of the project. The event was graced by the presence of Fr. Raphael Mehnga OP, Fr. Yaqoob Farooq OP, and Fr. Iftikhar Moon OP.
During the ceremony, Fr. Raphael Mehnga OP, Director of the Pastoral Institute Multan, expressed heartfelt gratitude on behalf of the entire institute. He acknowledged and thanked Fr. James Channan OP, Director of the Peace Center Lahore, and Mr. Asher Nazir, Executive Secretary of the Peace Center Lahore, for their generous support and commitment to this initiative.
Fr. Raphael shared, “Clean water is life. This filtration plant is a wonderful gift and a great blessing for our community. We are truly grateful to Fr. James Channan and Mr. Asher Nazir for their dedication to this noble cause.”
